What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist users with support requests and information related to the ERP application
Calculate test cases for enhancements from vendors or internal changes
Validate vendor patches and upgrades to the ERP environment
Develop training materials and documentation for processes and user guides
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal clients at all levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training
Strong analytical skills and a customer service-oriented approach
Ability to create process documentation and technical guides
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in project teams related to ERP systems
Familiarity with various software applications for training development
Knowledge of industry best practices in ERP implementation and support
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
