What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist users with support requests and information regarding the ERP application
Calculate test cases for enhancements and validate vendor patches or upgrades
Develop training materials and instructional procedures for users
Create process and technical documentation for existing and new processes
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal clients at all levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a professional services environment
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction
Familiarity with various software applications for training development
Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
