What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the day‑to‑day account relationships for multiple named OEM/Prime accounts
Execute the complete sales cycle from receiving an RFQ to closing the sale, and expand opportunities for recurring orders
Identify new opportunities for Silvus technology insertion within named OEM/Prime accounts
Establish and maintain strong technical and business relationships with key personnel at partner companies
Regularly update the CRM database with a forecast of opportunities from OEM/Primes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations, such as defense primes or large tech OEMs
Must have clearance at SECRET level, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of the start date; U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Experience in business development and sales within autonomous military systems
Understanding of alternative MANET technologies and their strengths
