Incentive bonus plans to reward performance. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage relationships and serve as the primary contact for multiple named OEM/Prime accounts. Oversee the complete sales cycle for OEM/Primes, from RFQ receipt to closing sales and expanding recurring orders. Identify and pursue new opportunities for Silvus technologies within OEM/Prime accounts. Establish strong technical and business relationships with engineers and procurement officers in partner companies. Maintain a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities and regularly update the CRM database. What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field. Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems. Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations, including defense primes. Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in business development and sales in autonomous military systems. Working knowledge of alternative MANET technologies and their strengths.
