What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage day‑to‑day account relationships for multiple named OEM/Prime accounts
Oversee the complete sales cycle for OEM/Prime partners, from RFQ receipt to closing sales
Identify new opportunities for Silvus technology insertion within named accounts
Establish and maintain strong relationships with engineers, program managers, and procurement officers
Regularly update CRM database with forecasts of opportunities from OEM/Primes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations
Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in business development and sales for autonomous military systems
Working understanding of alternative MANET technologies and their strengths
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
