Role Summary Lead level position assigned to Planning, Cost Management, Project Controls Management, or PJC Execution Leadership. With minimal supervision, the analyst applies advanced project controls techniques and provides leadership and guidance to less experienced personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a PJC function or team of PJC professionals and positively influence internal & external clients.

Achieve high forecasting accuracy; proactively address and elevate issues.

Lead proposal efforts and support execution leadership activities.

Manage cost control: reporting, forecasting, quantity tracking, change management, risk analysis, and contractual review.

Lead schedule team: planning, scheduling, float analysis, earned value, startup planning, constructability and scheduling forensics.

Develop and lead a team of PJC professionals, ensuring tools, processes, and operating rhythm identify and address issues.

Facilitate risk and change management discussions and support project reviews.

Ensure staff meet expectations and provide timely feedback, learning and development opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or local equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum Qualifications Four‑year Bachelor’s degree with eight+ years of relevant Cost Control & Scheduling experience, or no four‑year degree with ten+ years of experience.

All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements, including a criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor‑vehicle records search.

Work Environment / Physical Demands Office environment: sitting, talking, hearing, keyboard input and seeing. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.

Construction site environment: standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, walking long distances, work at heights, 12‑hour shifts, and exposure to extreme temperatures, weather, and noise.

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment.
