Job Summary:
Act as a practice leader for high-value clients and complex engagements while driving new business, mentoring managers, and shaping firm tax strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as trusted advisor to clients on strategic tax planning, M&A, and succession.
Oversee multiple service lines (corporate, international, trusts & estates, state & local).
Lead business development efforts and expand client relationships.
Mentor managers and supervisors; oversee quality control across the tax department.
Play a key role in firm-wide initiatives, technology adoption, and partner-level decisions.
Qualifications:
8+ years of public accounting tax experience with proven rainmaking ability.
Expertise in sophisticated tax planning and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong leadership presence and existing portable book of business preferred.
Salary Base pay range: $165,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
