Job Summary: Oversee multiple client engagements, lead tax planning and compliance for sophisticated corporate, partnership, and high-net-worth clients, and develop junior staff. Serve as primary client contact on technical tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review complex tax returns and provisions (including multi-state and international).
Lead tax planning projects (M&A, restructuring, credits & incentives, international tax).
Supervise 4–8 staff; conduct reviews and career development.
Represent clients in IRS and state audits.
Identify and implement firm-wide process improvements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive tax experience.
Deep knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual tax; international a plus.
Proven leadership and business development skills.
