Position Summary The Department of Pediatrics at UNC/CNCH seeks a physician faculty to provide clinical care and contribute to education, research, and clinical service. This 1.0 FTE, fixed‑term, open‑rank position will involve caring for over 1,100 neonatal patients annually and participating in the Division’s accredited fellowship program and NIH‑funded research initiatives such as the ELGAN‑ECHO Study. Rank and salary will be commensurate with training, experience, and academic accomplishments.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Neonatal‑Perinatal Medicine with clinical neonatology training and experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience Demonstrated commitment to patient care, research, and medical education; dedication to quality improvement; and engagement in interdisciplinary collaboration.
