What You Will Be Doing
Building new business through outbound outreach, networking, and market insight across Spanish speaking markets
Developing long-term client partnerships and managing ongoing relationships
Sourcing, qualifying, and managing top contract talent across specialist tech markets including ERP, CRM, Data, and more
Working towards targets, growing your desk, and celebrating success as part of a high-performing team
What We Are Looking For
Spanish fluency is essential, both written and spoken
Ideally two or more years of recruitment experience, though strong performers with demonstrable results are encouraged to apply
A proven billing track record and confidence working to KPIs
Strong communication skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress
