Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create an exceptional patient experience. Lead healthcare management to ensure day‑to‑day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure. Manage clinicians, support staff, and comply with APC supervisory requirements. Create a professional and collaborative working environment and promote Concentra values for all clinic colleagues. Work with leaders to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous medical clinic improvement and maintain relationships with center clients and payers. Work with medical clinic leadership team to manage clinical and support staffing levels and provide financial awareness to input clinic budget and key business metrics. Qualifications

Active and unrestricted medical license. Unrestricted DEA license and state dispensing license (required prior to start date). Must be eligible to participate in Medicare. Board certification or eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred. FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Additional Data

Many clinics offer working hours Monday‑Friday 8‑5 with no nights, weekends, or holidays and 30+ days off per year. Compensation package: competitive base salary with annual merit increase opportunity, monthly Medical Director stipend, monthly RVU bonus incentive, quarterly quality care bonus incentive. Generous paid time off: 24 days PTO annually (roll‑over), 6 days paid illness days (roll‑over), 5 days paid CME time, 6 paid holidays. Base compensation rate in the state range of $260,000 to $330,000 depending on job‑related factors such as experience, geographic location, and seniority.
