If you believe in leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education, this role positions you at the forefront of that transformation.
Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven applications. The remainder of their day is dedicated to real‑world competencies—public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. There are no lectures. No filler assignments. Only accelerated learning that produces top 1% outcomes nationally. This model requires a fundamentally different approach to parent engagement—and that is your domain.
You will serve as the primary representative of your campus, spearheading enrollment growth, building trust, and fostering advocacy. You'll facilitate impactful information sessions, cultivate meaningful community relationships, and channel interest into sustained waitlist growth. Your responsibilities extend beyond initial enrollment. You'll remain the central contact for families throughout their Alpha experience—resolving questions, strengthening commitment, and transforming parents into vocal advocates for the model.
This is a role defined by trust and autonomy, with tangible accountability. You'll be stationed at a single campus, on‑site the majority of the time, delivering measurable results—not simply executing a predetermined playbook. If you recognize that conventional schooling is failing most students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
