Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in sales and finance to support our bankers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and effective communicator who excels in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to assist in both administrative and sales operations, supporting our executive team and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars: schedule meetings, appointments, and provide timely reminders, prioritizing sales and business development activities.

Sales coordination: assist with tracking sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure seamless communication between the sales team and executives.

Coordinate meetings and travel: organize meetings and handle travel logistics.

Lead generation and follow-up: support sales by identifying and engaging new leads, preparing follow-up emails, and ensuring timely communication with prospects.

Prepare materials: organize and review meeting agendas and documents, ensuring all materials align with business development goals.

Client relationship management: assist in maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

is required.

Sales and/or financial services experience strongly preferred.

Preferably 1+ year of executive assistant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.

Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
