Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop and coach staff to maintain high guest service standards.
Control operating expenses and shrinkage while managing inventory and merchandising in adherence to company policies.
Support cash handling, visual merchandising, and inventory control activities.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands: ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for in excess of 8 hours per shift.
