Spencer’s is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team in the Twin Cities. The role supports the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring maximum sales, profitability, and excellent guest service. Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, staffing, merchandising, and inventory control. Develop and coach staff to achieve sales and customer service goals. Monitor and manage expenses, shrinkage, and inventory to meet company targets. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Requirements
Minimum age 18. Prior retail or management experience required. Physical demands: over 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Benefits
