Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role supports the Store Manager in operation tasks, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies.
Qualifications Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical demands include over 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
