LOCATION NOTE: This position requires on-site presence in one of the cities listed below, including local travel when necessary. Relocation support is provided. If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates with your sense of purpose, this position places you at the forefront of that transformation. Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI-enabled applications. The remainder of their day is devoted to real-world competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful project work. No conventional lectures. No filler assignments. Instead, expedited learning paired with top 1% national outcomes. This approach requires a reimagined parent partnership—and that is your domain. You will serve as the public face of your campus, spearheading enrollment growth, trust-building, and advocacy development. You'll deliver high-impact information sessions, cultivate meaningful community ties, and channel interest into waitlist expansion. Your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment. You will also function as the central resource for families across their entire Alpha experience—fielding concerns, fostering loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal proponents of the model. This is a role built on trust and autonomy, with measurable stakes. You'll be anchored at a single campus, primarily on-site, generating tangible results—not merely executing predetermined steps. If you are convinced that conventional schooling is failing students—and that an alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
