Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Diego Job Overview: Lead employment litigation, handling discrimination, harassment, wage/hour class actions, EEOC/DFEH responses, depositions, trials/arbitrations, and advise on federal/state employment law. Requirements: 4-7 years in employment litigation (open to more senior) Trial or arbitration experience Must have labour relations or employee relations experience. Someone who sits between litigation and investigations Deep knowledge of ADA/FEHA, FMLA/CFRA, leave policy, wage laws Client counselling and labour relations background Must include writing sample & transcripts
