Base Pay Range $35.00/hr – $40.00/hr
Our client is a private equity‑focused financial and technology consulting firm. Rooted in a heritage of serving the office of the CFO, they work at the intersection of sponsors and management teams to maximize value. The firm’s services span the entire CFO function—including operational and technical accounting, strategic financial planning and analysis, CFO‑related technology, transaction execution, public company readiness, interim leadership, and turnaround and restructuring solutions for the broader private capital markets.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the performance management system (transitioning from Lattice to Quantum Workplace), ensuring accurate data.
Provide user support, troubleshooting, and initiate performance review cycles (project‑based, summary, upward feedback).
Ensure data integrity across reports with strong attention to detail.
Assist with the rollout of Quantum Workplace, including configuration, testing, documentation, and launch activities.
Manage post‑launch system administration, updates, and process improvements.
Produce timely, accurate reports for senior leaders and support the development of dashboards to track performance trends.
Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to align performance management with firm goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2‑4 years of experience in an HR or similar role, preferably in a global or consulting environment.
Experience in Power BI.
