A fast-growing medical device company in Mountain View is seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
to serve as a trusted finance business partner to G&A leaders and the Executive Leadership Team. This is a high-visibility role supporting expense management, forecasting, and decision-making across core corporate functions.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with FP&A expertise and is comfortable partnering with senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as FP&A partner for G&A functions including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, Marketing, and Market Access
Support monthly close, including accrual review, variance analysis, and executive-level commentary
Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for assigned cost centers and projects
Prepare management reporting, synthesize insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders
Monitor spend effectiveness, identify risks/opportunities, and support operational issue resolution
Drive reporting automation and process improvements in partnership with Finance and Accounting
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree with
5–7 years
of relevant FP&A or finance experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and expense-focused analysis
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for executive audiences
Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, QAD, or Planful is a plus
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence
Detail-oriented, analytical, and execution-focused mindset
