Mid-Enterprise Account Executive
This is your shot to join the hottest growth rocket in AI + developer tools right now. Our client has started this year at $2M ARR and is pacing toward $25M by year-end. The market is pulling us forward, and we need seasoned AEs who know how to hunt, build pipeline in complex accounts, and win mid-enterprise deals.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow a territory of mid-enterprise accounts (1,000 - 5,000 employee headcount)
Work a mix of net-new + strategic named logos
Run discovery through close with technical stakeholders (Dev, DevOps, Platform Eng, CTO)
Lean into fast cycles. Typical deals land $50K–$250K+
Be a critical voice as we scale GTM: messaging, motion, playbooks

Must have experience with developer-first software, AI, security, DevOps, or adjacent tech
Experience carrying a $1M+ quota
Heavy emphasis on new business with also some land and expand accounts
The Package
$280K OTE with uncapped upside (again, all reps have already hit annual plan start of October and the year ends in January, 2 are over 200%)
