Preferred qualifications: Experience in sales, agency, or project management function. Experience in cross‑functional collaboration to drive results and the ability to influence stakeholders along with excellent presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of DV360 and Google Marketing Platform. Knowledge of commercial incentive programs. Passion for building and leading teams. About the Job:

This team is responsible for setting go‑to‑market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and launching the next generation of Ads products. This team plays an important role in building excellent go‑to‑market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization (GBO) business skills to ensuring execution and operations against business outcomes and priorities. Responsibilities: Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify key questions and translate goals and strategy into defined projects. Partner with Strategic Project Director and Principal Leads to select projects and staff team capacity to lead projects that improve operating structure, resource allocation, or cross‑functional collaboration. Lead projects that are cross‑functional to ensure structure and timely delivery of project goals. Establish Key Performance Indicators and timelines for each project, provide regular metrics reporting that ties back to goals, and post‑implementation impact analysis. Develop best practices, templates, and tools specific to each domain that can be utilized for future initiatives.
