Key Responsibilities
Support execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions across diverse industries.
Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
Collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Contribute to deal origination efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2-4 years of direct investment banking experience (M&A or Capital Markets focus preferred).
Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
Ability to thrive in a lean team structure and manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ties to Minneapolis (currently based or willing to relocate due to personal/professional connections).
