Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience; or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in sales, agency, or project management functions.
Experience in cross‑functional collaboration to drive results and influence stakeholders, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of DV360 and Google Marketing Platform.
Knowledge of commercial incentive programs.
Passion for building and leading teams.
Responsibilities:
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify key questions and translate goals and strategy into defined projects.
Collaborate with the Strategic Project Director and Principal Leads to select projects and staff team capacity, leading initiatives that improve operating structure, resource allocation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Lead cross‑functional projects to ensure structure and timely delivery of project goals.
Establish key performance indicators and timelines for each project, provide regular metrics reporting, and conduct post‑implementation impact analysis.
Develop best practices, templates, and tools specific to each domain for future initiatives.
