Responsibilities

Carry out month‑end close procedures

Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Support the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Ensure records are being maintained timely, accurately and in compliance with GAAP or other basis of accounting.

General ledger review and analysis.

Qualifications

3 plus years of experience

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Strong Excel skills

Knowledge of a larger ERP system

Perform numerical and financial calculations

General knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
