Registered Nurse – 3x12 Night Shifts
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the vibrant city of Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a leading teaching hospital with a supportive and dynamic team.
Base Pay Range $44.00/hr – $46.00/hr
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Shift: 3x12 Night Shifts (36 hours per week)
Experience: Minimum 2 years required, with at least 1 prior travel assignment
Certifications Required: BLS, DC RN Licensure
Preferred Certifications: ACLS, NIHSS, BSN
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: Required within units of equivalent or lower acuity
Skills Required: Cerner, telemetry, cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia management, feeding tube care, phlebotomy, peripheral line care, PICC line management, IV starts, tracheostomy management, isolation precautions, wound care
Hospital Highlights: Short‑term acute care, teaching hospital, 402 staffed beds, 1:4 unit ratio
Orientation: 4‑hour class, 8‑hour modules, two 12‑hour clinical shifts, followed by independent work
COVID‑19: Willingness to care for COVID‑19 patients required
