Strategy and Operations Lead, Ads Policy, Go-To-Market — United States or Toronto Join Google as a Strategy and Operations Lead for the Ads Policy Team, responsible for driving the Americas regional strategy, optimizing policy operations, and ensuring cross‑functional alignment across the sales, GTM, Trust & Safety, and customer experience teams.

Location and Application • Toronto applicants: The base salary range for this full‑time position is CAD 150,000–154,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. • United States applicants: Open until at least December 31, 2025; base salary range USD 147,000–216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Candidates may specify a preferred working location: New York, Atlanta, Boulder, Chicago, Mountain View, Los Angeles, San Bruno, San Francisco, Sunnyvale.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

At least six years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in project delivery, prioritization, and cross‑functional.

Experience driving complex operational and strategic initiatives.

Ability to build relationships and collaborate at all levels with technical and business partners.

Strong project management skills, self‑directed, with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, business‑judgment, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the Americas regional strategy for the Ads Policy customer experience pillar.

Partner with sales executives and leaders across Global GTM, Trust & Safety, and gTech Customer Experience to reduce ecosystem friction and scale policy operations.

Manage complex deployments, from restrictive policy launches to anti‑scam interventions, protecting users while enabling business growth.

Own and drive critical improvements for Ads policy management, focusing on systematic efficiency and operational excellence.

Strengthen client relationships through targeted enablement and ensure high‑impact escalations are resolved effectively.
