- Maintain administrative office functions, including filing, printing, and organizing documents.
- Assist with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and addressing inquiries.
- Utilize cloud-based ERP systems to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative procedures and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all administrative activities. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with cloud ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle inbound calls and perform receptionist duties professionally.
- Knowledge of production scheduling or batch manufacturing processes is a plus.
