We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Pasadena, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in human resources processes and systems, ensuring efficient onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
• Support employee relations initiatives by addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data and streamline HR operations.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards within HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workforce needs and align HR strategies.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate hybrid work schedules and support team collaboration efforts.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits, policies, and other HR-related inquiries.• Proven experience in human resources administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and ability to analyze and manage employee data.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage employee relations effectively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with flexibility for in-office and remote collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
