- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.

- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and act with professionalism.
