- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
- Manage expense reports and assist with budgeting tasks as needed.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support strategic initiatives.
- Support workflow automation and contribute to process improvement projects, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
- Perform other administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role-preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calendar applications, and digital communication tools; exposure to workflow or project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and problem-solve in a fast-changing environment.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
