Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in sales and finance to support our bankers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and effective communicator who excels in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to assist in both administrative and sales operations, supporting our executive team and contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars: schedule meetings, appointments, and provide timely reminders, prioritizing sales and business development activities.
- Sales coordination: assist with tracking sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure seamless communication between the sales team and executives.
- Coordinate meetings and travel: organize meetings and handle travel logistics.
- Lead generation and follow-up: support sales by identifying and engaging new leads, preparing follow-up emails, and ensuring timely communication with prospects.
- Prepare materials: organize and review meeting agendas and documents, ensuring all materials align with business development goals.
- Client relationship management: assist in maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Sales and/or financial services experience strongly preferred.
- Preferably 1+ year of executive assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
