We are partnering with a high-performing investment firm to identify a smart, organized, and personable Executive Assistant to support a Co-Founder & Director of Research. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a small, driven investment team in a collaborative and friendly environment. The role is fully onsite in Marin, CA.
Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated administrative support to a senior executive
- Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts
- Coordinate calls, meetings, conference room bookings, and Zoom/AV logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Assist with office operations, document organization, and workflow tracking
- Support onsite team needs, including basic IT troubleshooting
- Partner with an NYC-based EA to ensure seamless cross‑office coordination
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, investors, and external partners
- Maintain strict confidentiality while representing the firm with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with investor meeting coordination, offsite logistics, research support, and firm events
- Support the finance team with reimbursements, allocations, and expense tracking
Requirements:
- 2+ years supporting senior executives preferred; finance or start‑up experience a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Zoom, and office technology
- Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
- Friendly, upbeat, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a growing, collaborative team
