Trial Attorney
with
strong trial and courtroom experience.
This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, thorough legal research capabilities, and the ability to manage complex litigation cases effectively. Candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and providing sound legal advice. Experience in
Employment law, Personal Injury law, or Medical Malpractice
law is a plus. Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil litigation matters across various practice areas Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies. Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while maintaining a focus on their best interests. Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and developing case strategies. Requirements
Admission to the Texas bar or a plan to do so is required. Experience or knowledge in courtroom civil litigation is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Company Description
