What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the development of the enterprise‑wide reporting strategy for the Oracle Health (Cerner) solution

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Health’s data structure and reporting tools

Design, develop, and implement complex reporting solutions and dashboards

Oversee ETL processes ensuring data quality and integrity

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational data governance policies

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, reporting, or data warehousing

3+ years of experience developing reports from a Cerner Millennium EHR environment

Proven experience in a lead role managing analytics or reporting teams

Strong understanding of clinical operations and documentation workflows

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL)

Familiarity with cloud‑based analytics platforms, particularly OCI

Experience using modern visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, FHIR) and regulatory compliance
