Alpha School offers core academics in two hours daily with hands‑on, passion‑driven projects. This position leads parent engagement to support enrollment growth and retention. Key Responsibilities
Manage parent relationship lifecycle for a single campus from inquiry to advocacy. Deliver persuasive information sessions and one‑on‑one discussions to convert interested parents into supporters. Serve as principal contact for families, addressing concerns and enhancing satisfaction throughout the Alpha experience. Establish campus visibility through local partnerships and targeted outreach initiatives. Mobilize parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence. What You Won’t Be Doing
Using formulaic sales approaches or transactional communication methods. Assigning relationship development to campus personnel or adopting a passive role. Operating remotely from an office; the role requires on‑site presence. Qualifications
5+ years of experience engaging families in educational outreach or enrollment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making. Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Reside within commuting distance of one of the Alpha campuses or willing to relocate to: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA. Locations

Full‑time (40 hours per week). Hourly rate $100 USD/hour, equating to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Weekly payment period. Working with us: role immediately available; long‑term position.
