Base pay:
$100/hr – $200,000 per year (40 hrs/week, 50 weeks/year)
Location:
On‑site at one of the following campuses with local travel as required. Relocation support is provided.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of parent relationships from initial inquiry to sustained engagement for a single campus.
Deliver persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions that convert interested parents into dedicated supporters.
Serve as the principal parent liaison—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring each family feels valued and supported following enrollment at Alpha.
Establish visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and targeted community outreach.
Mobilize parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Use scripted sales approaches or transactional communication methods.
Delegate relationship development to campus personnel or assume a passive role.
Allow organized parent coalitions to compromise or weaken Alpha’s educational framework.
Remain desk‑bound; this position is deeply integrated into the parent experience and local community.
Qualifications
Reside within commuting distance of one of the campuses or be willing to relocate to the listed locations.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
