Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in family practice settings within the community health clinic.
  • Embrace an autonomous work environment while collaborating with Legacy Community Health programs and services.
  • Engage actively in community health initiatives to advance patient health outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited program from a recognized school.
  • Current and valid license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board.
  • Active DEA registration required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience in a clinical setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish-speaking) is preferred, enhancing communication within our diverse community.
