Core Responsibilities- Delivering exceptional patient care within a community health setting, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Operating autonomously while managing patient caseloads effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrating enthusiasm and passion for community health, understanding the unique challenges and rewards it presents.
- Participating in the development and implementation of innovative healthcare strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current and active license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board.
- Active DEA registration required.
- A minimum of 2 years of paid experience in Family Practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, to better serve our diverse community.
