Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The role involves assisting clients with their mortgage needs, including guiding them through the loan application process, analyzing and presenting loan options, and providing recommendations that align with their financial objectives. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the mortgage lending process.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience and expertise in Loan Origination, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending practices
Minimum production 24 or more funded loans in the past 12 months
Understanding of Underwriting processes and ability to assess clients' financial documents
Exceptional Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Proficiency with mortgage software and familiarity with industry regulations
Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage lending are highly desirable
