Summary The IT Project Manager will lead project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, guiding teams through execution while ensuring transparency, risk management, and continuous improvement. This position will support Scrum teams, coordinate resources, and maintain project governance to deliver high-quality products and services. Responsibilities

Guide and coach Scrum teams on Agile practice and principles. Drive projects through the full project lifecycle. Track progress, dependencies, and deliverables. Escalate risks, issues, and impediments appropriately. Schedule and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Maintain project artifacts including release logs, issue logs, schedules, agendas, and meeting notes. Monitor team performance and support corrective actions when needed. Improve communication and visibility across teams and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements

3+ years of project management experience. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Agile or project management certifications including CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, or PSM.
