Key Responsibilities
Draft and potentially argue discovery motions in state and federal court, gaining valuable courtroom experience early in your career

Manage document-intensive discovery in cases involving complex engineering failures, product defects, and liability investigations
Collaborate with technical experts on accident reconstruction, failure analysis, biomechanical assessments, and industry standards compliance
Prepare comprehensive case analyses involving regulatory compliance (OSHA, CPSC, NHTSA), industry standards, and engineering specifications
Contribute to trial preparation and strategy in high‑stakes litigation with substantial damages at stake
Interface directly with catastrophically injured clients and their families, providing compassionate representation while pursuing maximum recovery
