Flagship Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Physical Therapist to join our in‑house rehab program at the Channel Islands Post Acute facility. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with physical functioning disorders, wound care, and geriatric therapy needs. Duties
Screen, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, adhering to regulatory and clinical standards. Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary interventions in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, and wound care. Consult and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders. Generate comprehensive discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy license required. Open to all experience levels; new graduates welcome. Benefits
