We operate 12 facilities across North America, Europe and Asia. The newly opened Milwaukee, WI facility is a hub of innovation featuring advanced molding, automation and assembly equipment in a spotless, climate‑controlled environment.
Job Details We’re looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in the Greater Milwaukee Area. In this role, you’ll keep our molding, automation and facility systems operating at peak performance. You’ll work on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical repairs, perform preventive maintenance and support production teams with technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production and support equipment
Maintain molding machinery, automation systems, HVAC, compressed air and chiller systems
Follow and provide input on the preventive maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)
Assist with machine set‑up and calibration as required
Complete emergency/unscheduled repairs and document all work performed
Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints and schematics
Work independently and as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime
Support safety initiatives including LOTO procedures and forklift operations
