Full Time Maintenance Technician – Davidson’s Landing Apartments
Weigand‑Omega Management, Inc. is looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our residential team. The role requires performing general maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of property interiors, exteriors, and site using appropriate materials and equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform duties with high productivity and dependability, ensuring timely completion and zero defects.
Carry out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance across the entire property.
Assist with landscaping and irrigation systems.
Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance with company‑approved attire and visible identification badge.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and training programs.
Customer‑service oriented, fostering good resident/tenant relations.
Work independently while willing to lead and help others as delegated.

Qualifications
