Maintenance Technician – Pinnacle Lofts
Join the Weigand‑Omega team at Pinnacle Lofts as a Full Time Maintenance Technician. The role involves general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the residential portfolio. You will keep property interiors and exteriors in clean and repaired condition using materials and equipment, following manufacturer directions, and continually expanding your property knowledge. Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio. Assist and maintain landscape and irrigation systems. Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance; wear company‑approved attire with badge in sight. Support resident/tenant relations with a customer‑service focus. Work independently, direct others when appropriate, and participate fully in staff meetings and training. Execute tasks reliably following policies and procedures. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance. Ability to work full time. Base Pay Range
$20.00/hr – $20.00/hr Seniority Level
