The Warehouse Quality Coordinator will help the company deliver world‑class products by ensuring accurate inventory tracking, quality inspection, and data reporting across multiple warehouses.
Position Summary The Warehouse Quality Coordinator is responsible for collecting and analyzing inventory and logistics data across multiple warehouses while supporting quality assurance activities. This role bridges warehouse operations, data reporting, and quality oversight to maintain compliance and efficiency across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, track, and analyze data on material movements, inventory levels, and warehouse activity across multiple facilities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory accuracy, material flow, and discrepancies.
Support audits and reconciliations by providing accurate documentation and system updates.
Verify pallet placements, labeling accuracy, and packaging standards to ensure consistency across warehouses.
Conduct visual inspections of inbound and outbound shipments for labeling, packaging, and presentation quality.
Document inspection results and elevate discrepancies to warehouse leadership and quality teams.
Collaborate with quality inspectors to support compliance with company and customer requirements.
Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing materials as needed to maintain workflow.
Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems.
Support cycle counts and reconciliation activities to minimize errors.
Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and accuracy.
Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all warehouse and inspection activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data accuracy and quality standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in logistics, supply chain, or quality management preferred.
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or quality assurance (manufacturing environment preferred).
Strong skills in data collection, reporting, and inventory systems (Excel and/or WMS experience required).
Attention to detail with the ability to identify labeling, placement, and presentation issues.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Physical and Work Environment
Fast‑paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Regular standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Requires use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
Compensation Hourly rate range: $25.00 – $27.00, with starting pay dependent on geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
