Description As the Team Lead, you will play a vital role in the ongoing planning, coordination, and support of assigned team members. In this capacity, you will collaborate with the program network manager to provide guidance and oversight for your assigned staff and services. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, training, and supporting team members in clinic and community settings to ensure the delivery of individualized, trauma-informed, and culturally and linguistically competent services to adults and young adults.

Behavioral Science
Substitutions:
In lieu of Behavioral Science degree, provider must provide proof of 30 transcript hours in Behavioral Health studies
Years’ Experience:
Four (4) years
Defined Experience:
Health and Human services field
License/Certifications:
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) OR eligible for QMHP certification (based on minimum and defined education above; certification on the job); DS Service Coordinator (certification on the job)
