Clinical Therapist Associate – Camp Bowie Join MHMR of Tarrant County to provide individualized, trauma‑informed, culturally and linguistically competent services to children and youth ages 6‑17 and their families in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments for enrollment and determine best treatment level with a licensed therapist.

Provide evidence‑based, trauma‑informed services in a flexible, team‑oriented environment.

Communicate effectively, maintain a friendly, welcoming disposition, and exhibit adaptability.

Build promotive and protective factors among clients and families.

Minimum Requirements

Master’s Degree in a health and human services related field.

One year of relevant human services, academic, or research experience.

Current Texas licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate (LPC‑A) or Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW) seeking licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within 6 months of employment, including receipt of clinical supervision and certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).

Spanish speaking preferred.

Remuneration Pay is determined by experience, education, and internal equity. The average salary ranges from $68,000 to $115,000 for similar positions.
