Reporting to the Head of Controlling, the Manager of Financial Reporting and Analytics assists in establishing and maintaining effective fiscal procedures and controls, reviewing monthly operating results, and providing analytical support to executive management with the objective of improving operational performance and driving positive financial results.

Responsibilities

Perform month‑end close activities, including analysis of financial results, reconciling accounts, preparing supporting schedules, and reporting to the parent company

Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI; analyze key metrics, identify trends and generate actionable insights for business stakeholders

Maintain and coordinate key strategic project setup and monthly analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting

Identify and implement opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes, increasing efficiency and automation

Execute and document tasks and procedures for SAP Controlling functions

Ensure consistency between the financial statements (SAP FI modules) and management reporting (SAP CO module)

Understand financial processes and systems and work with business units to ensure proper recording of transactions

Maintain proper inventory valuation, including recognition of obsolescence reserves in accordance with accounting standards and group guidelines

Support the annual audit process with internal stakeholders and external auditors

Assist in the preparation, analysis and review of budgets, forecasts and financial reporting for the service business line and other cost centers and accounts

Identify profit‑enhancement and cost‑reduction opportunities

Build successful partnerships with key internal customers and cross‑functional teams

Ad hoc reporting, analytics execution and other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Knowledge

Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

Experience with SAP Finance and Controlling modules (strongly preferred)

Experience reviewing and documenting processes and procedures

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Self‑starter with a positive “can‑do” attitude

Strong problem‑solving skills, conceptual thinking and creativity

Good analytical skills, detail‑oriented, well organized and capable of multitasking

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate at various organizational levels and foster teamwork

Comfortable working in a transitional environment

Travel 10% – 20% as necessary.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

Minimum of 8–10 years of financial analysis/accounting experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
